F.A.Y. uses sustainable packaging and tries as much as possible to choose the appropriate  shipping solution for your situation. There is an extra cost for rural delivery. 

 

You've chosen the wrong colour or weight? Totally understand and am happy to change the ply and colour if available. Please send me an email ASAP. 

 

Don't want the yarn you bought via my shop anymore? I get this and am happy to refund.
