My brother-in-law is a serious Emmy Lou Harris fan.  The number of nights we've listened to her singing her heart out sitting outside in the summer twilight are too many to note.  When I first dyed this colour I asked my daughter who is reminded her of and Emmy Lou came to mind.  May we celebrate many more twilight evenings listening to her sing in the background.
